As 2024 has come to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for your trust and partnership over the past year, and to share a glimpse of what lies ahead for Zenchef in 2025. Since stepping into the role of CEO three months ago, I’ve been fortunate to meet many of you and learn about the challenges and opportunities you face. 2024, a year of transformation and growth
Last year marked a major milestone for us with the unification of Formitable, Resengo, Tablebooker, and Zenchef under the banner of Zenchef Group. Together, we have created a new brand identity while maintaining our core ambition: to deliver cutting-edge technology and localized support to restaurants.
At Zenchef, our passion for hospitality and excellence mirrors yours. Yet, 2024 has not been without its hurdles. Like many fast-growing companies, we encountered challenges, particularly in maintaining consistent technical stability and support. We’ve enabled remarkable growth for our restaurants, we helped you welcome over 30 million guests monthly and our solutions helped to increase the average occupancy rate to more than 70% in December.. These milestones reflect the incredible partnership we share with restaurateurs like you, and they fuel our commitment to your success.
